Tony came out THREE separate times to help me deal with a popped tire thanks to the brutal Syracuse roads, and every single time he showed up quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. The level of reliability and dedication he brings is honestly rare these days.
It’s one thing to fix a tire, but it’s another to consistently show up when someone’s stuck and stressed. Tony made the whole situation way less painful than it could’ve been, and I genuinely can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond.

My daughter and I had a flat tire in Syracuse where the road construction is going on Nov 13, 2024. I called Ford Roadside service and they sent Rapid Roadside rescue. He called to say he was on his way. He kept us informed as to how long it would take him to get there. He change our tire very quickly and we were on our way. He was very courteous and kind. If you do have a flat tire I hope you have Rapid Roadside Rescue to help you.
